Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Today I was short on time (my DD wanted to attend an all day nature camp that is 30 min away and started earlier than school!!) but I did do Charlene Prickett's Cardio Cross Trainer Low Impact section (the VHS tape also includes a step workout - I often do both at the same time, but not today!) and a recorded Classical Stretch from Season 7. I had fun w/ Charlene's workout. It has been a long time. I think she may be retired from the workout biz.....her website only has a few items available. I was kind of hoping her daughter Xanna, who appeared in some of her more recent workouts would carry on the tradition.....but so far I haven't seen any evidence of that. Anyway, it was a fun workout and I think at some point I will plan a Charlene Prickett rotation alternating her step, low impact and weight training routines. I have a few of her older workouts on VHS and some of her newer workouts on DVD. I can probably get at least a good couple of weeks out of a rotation of them!Talk to everyone later, Donna

Guest guest
Hi!Not sure! I may do Charlene in the summer when I actually have more time in the mornings (camp starts 45 min later than school -so our mornings are a little less rushed!) Here is Charlene's site - it doesn't list nearly as many workouts as she has put out - just the ones she put on DVD.....
