I read everyone's recommendations on possible DVD's to buy, checked reviews at Video Fitness Guide, and then decided to take a chance. I bought Lee Holden's DVD "The Flow Continues." It's a beautifully produced tape and exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoy doing it - and when I finish I feel at peace and leave for work in positive frame of mind.
