I had also noticed that C25K was tougher than it seems at first! I

sort-of dropped out of the program because of that very problem. I

eventually achieved the 20 minute straight run, but it was on my own

timetable, not theirs.

I've done 2+ miles in one run, and I'm still working on hitting the

3mile/5K point...

think my Couch to 5K program is fatiguing my legs more than I realized!

I even did the bonus floorwork. I really enjoy this one - it isn't

boring (as some Barre workouts can be w/ the subdued/serious atmosphere)

and Tracey really keeps you moving and engaged. One nice feature to

working out later in the day was I could turn up the volume more and

enjoy the music.

when I move on to that. Actually, I was thinking I could start onthe 5th

if that is when everyone else wants to start - that Friday my friend and

I can't walk since our DDs are out of school for the day. So I can do my

Slim workouts M, W, F and walk/run on Tues/Thurs.

Hi Indy!

Yes! Aerobically, I'm fine, but my legs are feeling the fatigue.....I may repeat a week here and there if I feel the need to do so....especially once I move into my Slim Series/Slim in 6, etc. rotation b/c those are very lower body focused. I'm not really training for a race or event - I'm just doing it to mix up the cardio a bit ----

Are we still going to do a Gilad rotation in about a month when Carolyn and I are done with Project You? JenSubject: Tuesday - Booty Barre Beginners & BeyondTo: exercisevideos , FitFirmies Date: Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 10:32 AM

how long would you like to do gilad for, jen?

i have about a million of his workouts, could go for a long

time.... lol

im also going to be considering a rotation of WEIDER X-FACTOR ST !!!

which im excited about. im thinking that i will have to put

gilad before X-F as prep work. will get back to you about gilad

after i preview the X-F workouts to see how hard they are, what

the schedule is, etc. but i can always squeeze in a couple of

weeks of gil no matter what :) luv him!

I have a few of Gilad's workouts too, I would have to look at my spreadsheet to see which ones I have. I was thinking at least a month of Gilad. I would get that X factor except that I think it may be too hard for me...probably has a lot of push-ups which I suck at. Plus, I have S90D that I've never done and other w/o I've never done. Jen
