Plus, I > have S90D that I've never done and other w/o I've never done. hi jen - yes it will be quite athletic as is supreme 90, however for x-factor, the workouts are shorter at 30 mins each and the rotation schedule is lighter. there are 12 different workouts and the schedule spans 8 weeks. you may be surprised at what you can do... i know that i was when i did the s90 workouts. there are modifiers shown in x-factor (not so much in s90) if you dont do pushups then do something else. it is OK to remain standing and push in and out against a wall. i do that myself sometimes. i hear you on all of the virgin workouts... i have a ridiculous amount, my goal is to do them all before i am unable to! i dont know if that is even possible...
