Guest guest
But I am curious though. What's your favorite ab workout that you would recommend? My favorite is Cathe's stability ball abs in her butts and guts workout. In fact, the ankle weight abs is just as good. There is SO many ab routines, but that one stands out to me. ~*´¨¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ .•´ ¸ .*

What's your favorite ab workout that > you would recommend? i have to say that my all-time favourite ab workout is billy blanks 'taebo:abs & glutes'. it is kind of old-timey but i will always be fond of it. 30 mins maybe you would enjoy more modern core oriented workouts... billy has done some updated ones like 'amped:core express' (30 mins) which i like because it is standing and weighted. he also has another newish one called 'insane abs' (50 mins). he always includes some taebo cardio in these types of workouts. look into gilad's newest set called 'lord of the abs'. he does have excellent abs cathe 'ab hits' has twelve 10 min routines on it. she also has STS ab circuits and core max. (20 mins) jillian michaels 'six weeks six pack' (2 x 30 mins) :*carolyn.

Guest guest
I hadn't thought of Cathe's ab hits. That might be worth a look. I looked at Jillian's video just last night. I don't know if I like her as an instructor, but the exercises looked challenging. > > But I am curious though. Guest guest
I like P90s abs 100 and 200 because they're short. I also like hip hop abs because it's all standing exercises. In general I HATE ab exercises! JenSubject: What's your favorite ab workout? To: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 8:07 PM I don't really have any DVDs dedicated specifically to ab training, but I'm kinda curious about them because I want to work my abs more. I know ab workouts can be tough, but I don't know if I'd always call them cardio, so I've stayed away from ab DVDs. But I am curious though. What's your favorite ab workout that you would recommend?
