I previewed it and its all parts of what I've already been doing. If someone tells me that its worth doing then I'll rethink it. I do remember doing this one a long time ago. Today I did Super Charge Sculpt lead by Pam Meriwether. I liked it better than I thought I would. I was able use heavier weights since the rep count was lower. I used 20, 15, 12, 5. After that, I put in Shiva Rea and did another 20 minute routine. I wore my HRM for both. I knew the numbers wouldn't be very high, but not bad. For both it was 55 minutes.
