It was Week 4, Workout # 1 from C25K: 5 min warm up 3 min jog 1.5 min walk 5 min jog 2.5 min walk 3 min jog 1.5 min walk 5 min jog Then, I kept walking until I hit 3.5 miles (under 40 minutes, I think..but not sure b/c I wasn't really paying that much attention. Cardio wise this isn't a problem for me, but I am surprised that my legs are feeling fatigued. It doesn't seem like all that much....I am doing it at a 2% incline b/c I think I read/heard somewhere that is simulates outdoor running...I do plan to run outdoors once we have some longer daylight hours, next month! WOO HOO! I also did a recorded Classical Stretch from Season 7. My right mid-back - around the ribs is really tight. I wonder if I over-did it when I did the Classical Stretch Core workout on Sunday - that one is one of the tougher CS routines.
