Jen's exercise for Wednesday 02/22/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 3Tonight I did Project YOU - Upper Body/Abs - 30 minutesI liked this workout. The only problems I had are with are the typical ones for me ie push-ups and tricep dips. My triceps are so weak that not even Chalean Extreme could help them...oh well. I struggled with the push-ups and couldn't do the 3 in 1's but I did do better with them than I did before.Another comment about the workout - Kathy should have demonstrated some of the moves more especially the bicep curls to military press. I didn't have trouble with it but new-bes would.No walk for me tonight because my knee is aching due to the weather. We are expecting a storm system with snow
