Love it!  What did you use for the lat pulls?

 

So again, I miss timed my wake up so housemate was watching tv.. so I decided just to do ~30 min of my own workout3 sets of 12 of.

squatsdead liftslunges2 types bicep curls2 types of tricepschest presschest flylat pulls 2 typesinner and outer thigh work

military presseslateral raisessome ab work..it was nice 30 min + judy

AWESOME!   I've done that too - the exact same contraption!  Great minds think alike :)  I LOVE lat pulls and back day :)

Back day is my FAVORITE!    Pullovers might be my favorite exercise of all.
