Guest guest
I hope you feel better fast, Donna! Thurs - Rest Hi Everyone!I took a rest day today - last night I started feeling all achey/sick. I feel a tad bit better now - but still a bit off, so I just took it easy this morning and read more of my book - Night Road by Hannah. OMG, it is a heartbreaking book. I hope things get better in the second half. I took some Emergen-C to hopefully fight whatever this is off. A few kids in my DD's class have had some stuff going on - I also wonder, w/ our mild winter if this isn't early allergies kicking in (trees are already beginning to sprout buds for leaves!)? When we first moved to this area I got hammered w/ allergies (after never having them before) - somehow my body did adjust over time so I generally don't get it as bad (the first couple of years I felt like I had the flu from April - June). But w/ the strange weather, I wonder if it is kicking something up??? I did go in to work today figuring that I sit all day at a desk - so nothing strenuous - whereas if I stayed home, I'd probably do housework! I don't feel bad enough to stay in bed all day...so I'm sure the guilt would hit me and I'd be vaccuuming and mopping! Plus, I do have things to catch up on at work. Hopefully I will be back at it tomorrow... Donna

Guest guest
I was thinking maybe early allergies. At any rate its never fun feeling bad and being out of your routine. I hope you get Heck to normal soon. ~~ Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >, <FitFirmies >Subject: Thurs - RestDate: Thu, Mar 1, 2012 10:10 am Hi Everyone!I took a rest day today - last night I started feeling all achey/sick.
