So again, I miss timed my wake up so housemate was watching tv.. so I decided just to do ~30 min of my own workout3 sets of 12 of.squatsdead liftslunges2 types bicep curls2 types of tricepschest presschest flylat pulls 2 typesinner and outer thigh workmilitary presseslateral raisessome ab work..it was nice 30 min + judy
