Jen's exercise for Saturday 03/03/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 8I didn't

feel like exercising today but I FINALLY made myself DO IT and I ended up doing A LOT!I was going to start with Project You's Power Push but my Mom wasn't feeling well so I started off with a walk.

1998 Self Challenge

Walk - 31 minutesSteady paced walkWhen I came upstairs from using the treadmill in the basement my Mom said she was feeling better so then I did this:Project You - Power Push - 30 minutesFitbit Stats:
