I'm not surprised with the way I've been eating. My stomach is also getting bigger...disgusting! Eating bad food constantly, no matter how good it tastes really isn't worth gaining weight or feeling like a FAT SLOB!It's time for me to get serious about losing weight. I know what I have to do - exercise MORE and eat healthy food AND don't over-eat, especially on sweets or salts or both.I know I CAN DO IT! Everytime we want to grab a beer or a doughnut we need to ask ourselves, " What do I want more, this doughnut which will give temporary pleasure or to fit in my jeans indefinitely? " Reading ftiness mags and looking at fitness models helps inspire me. YOU all inspire me! Will called and we are off to CAC tonite. Yay! I have missed him and hope I can help cheer him up, he sounds blue. Triceps are some form of cardio are on the agenda tonite. I was going to run today and it was a good day for it, but I procrastinated and will do that tomorrow. I plan on taking Group Kick again on Tuesday and Thursday. I'm happy to report that my abs have already adjusted themselves to the abs section because they aren't sore today. Last time they were sore for 4 days afterward!
