I wish I could run but my knees are bad and I'm afraid they would dislocate if I tried it....they are fine as long as I wear my knee braces and I would look so dumb trying to go running with knee braces on so I'll stick to running for the ball on the volleyball court. JenSubject: Sunday - Couch to 5k/Classical StretchTo: exercisevideos , FitFirmies Date: Sunday, February 19, 2012, 11:57 AM Hi Everyone, For my workout today: Couch to 5K, week 3 workout 3 - I see things get tougher next week w/ shorter walking periods and longer running periods. This week was a a 50/50 split between walking and running..I also did the 1 hour Classical Stretch Core Workout. It was nice - half standing and then 1/4 floor work and 1/4 barre work including my favorite stretch for the hip flexors at the barre. This workout in general reminds me of a lot of the moves she does in Season 6 and is probably one of the more challenging CS workouts to do!I'm off to make some soup and then do some straightening up - I'm hoping for a lull in the day so I can either read, knit or watch something on TV. I feel lazy today. I tihnk our weather may be changing b/c I have a light sinus headache....talk to everyone later!oh - tomorrow is another cardio day - I may do the Firm dance workout that leads. Running actually comes fairly easy to me being a former runner......I can see it being tough on the knees, feet and ankles - fortunately, I have no issues there!
