You are doing GREAT , I'm proud of you! One day, soon I hope to be exercising consistently again. I will probably have a gain tomorrow because of all the garlic bread I ate tonight. My Mom made Beef Barley soup (which is pretty healthy) but she also brought home a loaf of garlic bread...it's the only bread that I really LOVE! Any other bread I can take or leave (mostly leave.) Anyway, it's a new week and I know I CAN do better.Take care, JenSubject: Group Kick / YC4E Hip Mobility Practice / week in reviewTo: "Exercise Videos" <exercisevideos >Date: Saturday, February 18, 2012, 9:05 PM

Got my sorry azz outta bed this morning for Group Kick, and I'm sure glad I did! Lori is just the best, and this routine so far is my favorite of the 4 or 5 I've done! Usually I'm bored after doing it twice, but not this routine! There are combos that use swords in this one and last week Lori said she brought in her real swords but today we used barbell twigs and they worked great too! FUN! The core section was still tough but not as tough as last time. I'd like to do Kick again on Tuesday and Thursday and hope that it will be easy peasy by then!

After that Marina came over and we did the 30 minute Hip Mobility practice from Yoga Complete for Every Body. It was very humbling. I obviously need to do yoga much more often! Will has been stressed out this week and due to poor communication mostly on his part but also partly mine, I didn't get an evening workout in this week at CAC. I got in 5 hours this week, and 4 of the 5 were intense so that's better than nothing.

I am considering getting up at 4:00 am again and working out before work here at Studio LouLou, my home gym, walking at lunch, then after work going to CAC for Kick and/or lifting. It's fun working out at night and closing down the gym but I really am more of a morning person. We'll see.

Jen, alas 80% of weight loss is diet - I have a hard time resisting garlic bread too :(  Hugs!  We have a new week today!  :)

I know that 80% is food intake but I still need to exercise too. Remember when I was losing weight I was walking twice a day every day and eating healthy...I need to get back to doing that. Jen
