45% 115.39 94.41Well I gained just over 3 pounds this week. I'm not surprised with the way I've been eating. My stomach is also getting bigger...disgusting! Eating bad food constantly, no matter how good it tastes really isn't worth gaining weight or feeling like a FAT SLOB!It's time for me to get serious about losing weight. I know what I have to do - exercise MORE and eat healthy food AND don't over-eat, especially on sweets or salts or both.I know I CAN DO IT!
