Guest guest Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 I'm trying to be good and have few to no carbs after 3:00 but boy is that tough! I realize the fat free hot dogs are processed and not good for you but if I don't have some kind of " bad " food I'll go crazy and binge. Activity was a 3 mile walk through the West Hills at lunch and I'll be doing Group Kick this evening.
