Hope you're not coming down with something !!!!!!!!!HUGS...D

 

I've still yet to recover from this mornings workouts, but that didn't stop me from torturing myself further.

 

I put in Cardio Supersets and thought I'd mimic the cardio.  So I did low impact on the floor for 30 minutes (still moving when they picked weights) and then I did another routine from Shiva Rea More Energy Yoga.

 

If I'm being honest, I must say that I shouldn't of done ANYTHING else today. I feel so wiped out right now. My body just feels so tired. I have no idea what to do tomorrow.

Done whining again!

I think you need a REST DAY!  You do work hard, you do need to rest so your body can build and repair muscle.Dr. says - hot bubble bath before bed!

I think you need a REST DAY! You do work hard, you do need to rest so your body can build and repair muscle.

Well, I will rest, but not until the weekend and works the weekend so I'll have plenty of time for a workout. I do allow myself one day a week off and that's a given no matter what. I agree though, I do need to rest. I didn't sleep well last night so that didn't help much either and I think doing Imax 2 yesterday and then tacking something else hard today is what done me in.
