Guest guest
I have Weider X ST! I haven't done it yet but I watched the videos and I really like them! What's neat about them is that since they are all bodyweight exercises there's no equipment and you can take them traveling! Hi! For today I did 2 miles of , Mile 1 & 3 from 5 Big Miles (I love that one, bright setting, good music, etc.) I'm sure I will cave on the newest that is due out at the end of March. Afterwards, I did both of Miranda's Essentrics workouts - I did Workout # 2 on the upper body and abs DVD and Workout # 1 on lower body & abs DVD (but I skipped the abs on the lower body due to time and not really feeling the need to do 2 sets of ab work!). So far, I'm still loving my Classical Stretch and Essentrics workouts! Has anyone read the buzz on the Weider X Factor system? It is available at Target/Walmart for around $30 now (used to be $40). It contains 8 DVDs plus some bonus DVDs. You do one DVD per week 3x per week. It is all body weight toning and short (like 30 minutes). I'm alternately tempted by it and not so tempted. I like the idea of shorter body weight workouts, but I'm not sure I am into the bootcampy style right now. Although that may change. Right now I'm enjoying what I'm doing, so maybe I should just let it be for awhile! Talk to everyone soon,Happy Valentine's Day!Donna
Guest guest
Another nice combo, Donna. The X factor system sounds different and interesting, but I'd like to hear from someone who has them before I'd get them. I've made too many had purchases. ~~ Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >, <FitFirmies >Subject: Tuesday - & EssentricsDate: Tue, Feb 14, 2012 10:26 am Hi!
