Guest guest Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 I've still yet to recover from this mornings workouts, but that didn't stop me from torturing myself further. I put in Cardio Supersets and thought I'd mimic the cardio. So I did low impact on the floor for 30 minutes (still moving when they picked weights) and then I did another routine from Shiva Rea More Energy Yoga. If I'm being honest, I must say that I shouldn't of done ANYTHING else today. I feel so wiped out right now. My body just feels so tired. I have no idea what to do tomorrow.
