Yay Judy!  I need to do the same and am cheering you on!Have you made a meal plan for this month that will help keep you on track for this goal?  What are you going to do when there are temptations at work, happy hour outings after work, dinner at family's house?

I've watched through week 8 of BL.  Do I have one or two episodes to catch up?Hugs

So .. I am not going to spoil what happens to those that tape the show and watch later (laura :) but in a recent episode of Biggest loser they had to drop 5% of body weight in 18 days... I like this and want to push myself for this goal.  I know this is exercise board and many of you are at your target weight but I need this push to get below 180 again.. SO.. I am challenging myself (and if you all don't mind, I am  going to use you to be accountable) to drop 5% of my weight in 21 days (ok I am giving me a few more days plus I can do weeks...)... So by March 22 when I have to go home to kansas I want to have dropped 9 lbs..

1 more and watching in episode 9 inspired me.. she (like me) would not stop at 1 cookie (chips etc) but did this week.. I am thinking of her when I am temptedso here is my plan and I am trying to workout in AM 5-6 days a week 3 cardio 2 strength , extra cardio if canwalk dogs nightly at least 30 minabs nightly 10 minyoga 2 times a weekfood.. Smoothie in AM esp when traveling for dog events (which I am every weekend)... following WW online (which is why I dropped 1.5 last week)packing healthy things and wearing me endorphin warrior bracelet to remind me to transcend the current temptation..I use to wear this when

people were back stabbing during dog events.. it really helped me to focus on positive and why I think I have been kicking ass with my dogs lately. I focus on me and my dog on the course not what others do.or say. trying to do the same rest of my lifefyi here is my bracelethttp://www.endorphinwarrior.com/Running_and_triathlon_jewelry_Transcend_Bracelet_p/wtb015.htmand I am going to realize that I need to change for life and we all have special occasions.. Jim is irish .. st.pats will mean a beer but just work harder that day and eat less that week.. WW stuff...always up for other ideas..judy To: exercisevideos Sent: Thursday, March 1, 2012 12:56 PM Subject: Re: March challenge aka Biggest loser

Yes, was a big inspiration. You could tell how hard that was to eat just one of those cookies. I personally couldn't do it. That first bite would cause major mouth watering lol.I like your workout plan. Sounds great. I'll have to check out your bracelet, sounds neat. ~~ Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone----- Reply message -----To: " exercisevideos " <exercisevideos >Subject: March challenge aka Biggest loserDate: Thu, Mar 1, 2012 1:13 pm 1 more and watching in episode 9 inspired me.. she (like me) would not stop at 1 cookie (chips etc) but did this week.. Yesterday I had a piece of a Costco cake, I just couldn't resist. If you've ever had one you would understand! My Mom brought it to me from a birthday party (for a neighbor) that she went to. And after volleyball I was starved and I over-ate. This morning I was up 3 pounds, I'm very pissed off about that. I told my mom that I have to follow my diet plan and that I don't want any cake until my birthday (April 16th.) I also told her that I don't want to eat any high calorie food until I go to Red Lobster for my birthday. It's hard when

your enabler is your Mom! She's not too bad though, I just have to be consistent most of the time with healthy eating and exercise and I will be fine. It's just so frustrating! Jen

No, it wasn't that way with me. My mom brought me a piece of cake which was fine. The problem was that I didn't have anything pre-planned to eat after volleyball. I always get very hungry after playing. I did better when I made soup to eat. When I don't plan I just reach for whatever is available until I'm not hungry...very BAD. Jen

Hi Jen,

Don't sweat it, really - one piece of cake, no matter how big, couldn't cause a 3 lb weight gain - my guess is - water retention from the carbs/sugar! I'll bet you'll lose those pounds fast.
