oooo The full blown Cool It Off might be the best stretch workout I own -that and Powter's Fitness Stretch (though she seems to have a big chip on her shoulder in this one, and in a different way than when she had short hair in the early 90's).

Anyway Could you do CIO on a weekend after a walk every 2 weeks?I remember really liking this series even though to watch them they all look the same and appear boring. It does help to use your own music.  The only one I haven't done is the strength express one.  

Judy:  good job on doing Fat Blaster!  I think I've only done it once - that's an intense one!  I'm envious!  Because of my commitment to running I have made all my workouts low impact.  In Group Kick while everyone was jumping I did a kick instead - I was one of the few that did all the pushups on my toes though :)  we gotta do what we gotta do to maintain healthy joints!  

I love turbos and plyometrics but I love being able to fun long distances more..
