Guest guest Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 I did the tubo fat blaster this am.. great workout and am able to do the higher impact if it is both legs.. ie jumps, jacks.. just too fat and too weak of knees to jump onto 1 knee.. I am off to dog trial this weekend so packed the dvd with 5 turbo workouts (20 min, cardio party, turbo sculpt abs and thelearn) and some yoga and tai chi.. still contemplating the qi gong dvd's catlin found.
