Guest guest
Darcy you've done it before and I'm sure you'll do it again. I've never been pregnant but your body has been through a lot (4 times, no less!) but I imagine it takes awhile to get the body's natural balance back after all that. I know I'm fat from eating too much, it's not for lack of working out. You are much better than I am about watching intake and you lift like a monster, so I'm guessing that if you're consistent and give it time you will get your former shape back! Hugs! Thank you, unfortunately I can't get my weight to budge I am so tired of this extra 'chub'! That is quite a challenge, Darcy! It's very impressive that you're getting all of those workouts. I had a good month in January too. I use Plan V to keep track of my workout percentage. So far I am at 74%. My goal is 70% for the year.... We shall see. Much more tough with a baby & 3 kids to take care of now! I rode 88 miles and walked 67 miles in January. That's not too hard to do with my commutes. I also started Chalene xTreme. I worked out all but 5 days in January. I was so happy to start again after that injury. This month I would just like to stay about the same. It probably isn't wise for me to ramp up too fast. What are you thinking of getting, ? I definitely need to pick up the pace a bit in February too. I did get back down to my pre-Christmas weight last Friday, but I want to make more progress. I'm thinking about ordering a few new workouts too. That might help! > > Now that January is over, I can say I worked out 19 of 31 > > days. > > hi paul ! > > this was bugging me so i went back into all of my records and > found that i did 16 workouts in january. some days i may do > multiple workout sessions, so i count number of workouts instead > of days. > > i also think that i can do more in february... i felt lazy > throughout january. > so im going to set a goal of at least 20 workouts in february > (although id like it to be 25 but i dont want to psych myself > out...LOL) > > :*carolyn. > ------------------------------------
Guest guest
I agree w/ ! You will get there! I know, personally, I didnt feel like "myself" again until 9 months after giving birth - so really, the whole thing is an 18month experience!! Donna I definitely need to pick up the pace a bit in February too. I did get back down to my pre-Christmas weight last Friday, but I want to make more progress.
