remember the crappy old days when there were only a few workout

videos and instructors? and we had to do the same old thing

every single day. i did that taebo original studio set every

day back in 1999/2000. now there is so much stuff coming out and

so many instructors, it makes me dizzy trying to keep up... and

it is harder to pick out the best ones. and all of the

'systems' and 'kits' with, like, 12 dvds in them! wow!

i dont think that we got jack lalane on our tv in canada, but we

did get ed allen.

my mom used to exercise with his show, i remember watching her do

it when i was a little kid.
