Guest guest Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 Good morning! To finish out the month I'm going to do the rest of the Longevity workouts from Traci Long. I have 3 left and that's exactly how many days are left in this month. I did "Back Up" this morning. This was harder then I anticipated. I was out of breath a lot. I used 10 and 5 DB and my 3 lb ball. Traci's workouts are different and I do enjoy them but only occasionally. I do think I need her in my library because I feel like I'd never do anything like these workouts otherwise.
