Oh, I'm so not in the mood for a Monday - but I know I will get through it somehow! Todays workout was Couch to 5K on the Treadmill, Week 4, Workout 3 (same as workouts 1 & 2 for Week 4). Next session when I move on to Week 5, there will be more running than walking. This session was split. After I finished Couch to 5K I stayed on the TM walking briskly until I hit 4 miles at around 45/46 minutes. Felt good! For stretching today I tried something different - I borrowed Shiva Rea's Flow Yoga for Beginners and did the flexibility segment (very nice, floor stretches, but short....) and also the standing flow segment (part of it - I was running out of time). I really enjoyed this DVD (what I did of it!) and I'm looking forward to doing more. It is easier than some of the other Shiva Rea DVDs I have tried. I liked it enough I may actually

put it on my wishlist! I was also looking at her Daily Energy DVDs and those look promising as well!I think tomorrow I'm doing Exhale Core Fusion Yoga Flow for my "Pilates" day. Then, I think I will have done all of my "virgin" Core Fusions. Woo Hoo!Is anyone up for doing Slim Series in March and maybe April? I may start next week or the week after.....I also may have to take a break during Spring Break week. My DD wants to go to nature camp and it starts at 8:00 a.m. and is 30 min away - so I will be very time crunched in the mornings that week! EEK! May have to pull out my arsenal of 20-30 min workouts. Was thinking the Freytag 10 lb slimdowns or maybe the Tracie Long Focus workouts...Firm Express. I think those mornings I will have TOPS 30 min if I want to make it to camp w/out stressing.Take care!Donna
