With the new class option Chalene breaks down the sequences so it is really more like 45 min but great workout. I think I will try it again this week. I was nervous with my knees but they show modifiers and got a great workoutWeekend was great. My dog Siegfried was SO close to his second (MACH2) agility championship but dropped a bar in the last class. I was sad as his breeder was there and I so wanted her to see him do it.. oh well.
