Guest guest Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 scheduled for project you day 8 was 'power push' plus lower body. i decided to walk in the morning and do the video workouts in the evening. so a 60 min walk with chinook this morning was good... it was sunny and mild but with a very strong south-west wind. heading north was pleasant but walking south back home was quite the resistance walk. power push is a 40 min floor aerobics routine. faster paced with some impact added in, this workout is more of a challenge than foundation. it is an athletic-dancey style of aerobics, with basic choreo... i liked some of the combos, others not so much. kathy drags the combos out too long with too much repetition and she ends up doing about a million knee lifts. ive done the PY lower body workout twice and didnt really feel like doing it again, so i made a substitution and did petra kolber step by step strength lower body instead. this one is shorter and much more basic... actually way too easy. but at least i did do a lower body workout. next time i will do the lower body workout first in the day. :*carolyn.
