Guest guest
I think it's a great benefit. I think it's really healthy to do the lower intensity movement as well as the harder stuff. The body needs to move slow and fast. You have wonderful drive and discipline, . Today I needed to finish out my steps on my fitbit so I did Cathe's Basic Stepping and did it all on the floor. Super easy stuff, but it did what I needed it to do. I only needed a couple thousand steps and it gave me just that. I don't mind doing the extra cardio because for one, my heart rate doesn't get very high so it doesn't matter if I've eaten or anything and I don't use any arm movement so there isn't much sweating. Doesn't sound like much benefit, but I'm moving and the numbers are moving on my fitbit so I guess SOMETHING is working. `* ¸*´ ¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨) (¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. I guess I'm use to working hard so when I do those just for my steps and my heart rate doesn't even get high I feel like I'm not doing much for my body, but I guess I am. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. Guest guest
I completely agree that it is doing good things for you, think of it as balancing too. You can't drive hard all day every day in your other life activities without burning out, why should you be able to do that with exercise? Balance... you're doing great, !
