They hurt right now so I might take a Tylenol-3 before I go to sleep to help ensure I don't get woken up at 4 AM like they often do when they're aggravated. The kids are off school tomorrow and I don't have to leave the house until 10:15 and, now that I'm all packed up I can sleep in a bit too so somehow it will work out.

It sounds like you've been a busy lady!! That's terrible that you're still going through this with your foot. Is there a permanent solution to this?

Turned out to be functional fitness instead of the PowerFit workout I had planned. I have 4 classes in 4 different locations on Tuesdays and spent way more time than I thought I needed packing for them (they're all in different places on the schedule and needed different materials) and then dragging bags and packages up and down my basement stairs over and over (because I'd forget something or grab the wrong thing especially!) and raising and shutting the hatchback lid on my car over and over too. I think I was at it for at least 30 minutes so I'll take that as a decent workout. I felt worked by the time I was done anyway. Then I stood in the kitchen baking some quick oatmeal raisin bars for my family. My pinched nerve toes might be really upset with me tonight, they do not enjoy the pressure stairs put on them but we'll see I guess. They hurt right now so I might take a Tylenol-3 before I go to sleep to

Tomorrow I'm working from 10:15 until 3:45 then making dinner, then doing another class from 6:45-8:00 so I'm planning to do my Biggest Loser workout (some walking, some core work and some flexibility, maybe some upper body from the couch too all while watching BL).

I'm thrilled and shocked to say that they did! I didn't wake up even once from pain! The foot was a little tender when I set it down on the floor this morning but nothing bad. Maybe the injections are finally helping? I see the doc again on Thursday which still seem like a long way away (just waiting to see what happens).

No pain last night!!!! Woo hoo! Today was a busy but really great day. One of my favorite at work classes, a super supportive, really productive group that is always in danger of not being able to do another session (because we're in a small town at a weird time) actually had 5 or 6 brand new people show up for registration and we ended up with 2 extra for our minimum so we're going on for our 7th session together starting next week (each session is usually 12 weeks but one of our summer sessions was only 8 weeks)! This group meets at a gym too, which is really cool. I did lots of walking today but not as much stairs. Did plank on my toes tonight with no discomfort too, I haven't dared do it for a while and tried with the condition in my mind that if I felt any discomfort in my toes I'd bring it down to my knees. Toes were fine but the arms were not loving 1 full minute of side plank on each side! ;-) Hoping for another good night tonight...

I don't know... the alcohol injections, I think, are supposed to be, I have to find out more on Thursday. Surgery is too but I'm hoping to avoid that right now. I'll let you know...
