that is freaking excellent!!! i like the weights that you

used. i agree that it is easier to just go into tabletop

position on hands and knees and do the standing leg lifts that

way. easier on the back anyway. im kind of used to those

standing exercises from doing kathy's older videos alot (the same

stuff is in her 'secrets of a great lower body')

Do you want to repeat all of PJ workouts during the last week or last two weeks of the rotation? Did you take a rest day? I'm feeling like a bum today so I don't know if I will workout or not. Jen
