Guest guest Posted February 26, 2012 Report Share Posted February 26, 2012 Hi Everyone,Today was a strength day but I also wanted a little cardio - to make up for some of my food transgressions over the weekend. I decided to go w/ a little circuit!I started w/ 's Walk Strong - which is the one where actually uses weights and compound moves in between walking (I think it is 3 min walk/3 min strength) for 30 minutes. Then, I added on Miles 2, 4 & 5 from her Five Big Miles. Got a little more strength in w/ the band on Miles 2 & 4 and used Mile 5 as a little extra cardio and cool down. Whew!
