The pace is slower and there might not be a lot of weights used, but the sheer repetition is what fatigues you. It's a great workout! Try it again in a few days and see what happens! Later in the evening I did 12 minutes of Slim in 6 start it up. I only lasted 12 minutes. Gee, I must be so super weak. My legs felt fried in that amount of time.
