Guest guest Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 Hi Everyone, I overslept today - so it was a good thing it was a day for Start It Up which is only 25 minutes! I managed to get it done and I added on Slim & Limber (13 min). I really like SiUp and will need to remember it for crunch time days. It isn't the hardest or most challenging workout on the planet - but you can get it done in a short amount of time and there is no equipment to mess with. Would definately be a good travel workout, too, since it also doesn't take up very much space - so good for hotel rooms and such. I'm really feeling pulled to try Carolyn's variety rotation, but I'm going to make myself do at least the Slim in 6 Part of this rotation! Maybe I'll save Slim Series for another time - but we shall see. Doing just the Slim in 6 part will take me about 4 or 5 weeks..
