Well Noel delivered on Back and Biceps on Tuesday.  I am so sore I can't lift my arms up to scratch my back and have to rub against a wall instead!  Love it! Walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes, 350 calories worth, then went to Group Kick.  It was the same knee intensive routine, and I go NUTS on the Joan Jett " I Love Rock and Roll " section where you do 2 front kicks in a row with a stack block.  It's soooooooo hot!  I did the routine low impact, as cysty ankle has been acting up and I need to just finish the Shamrock Run 15K this weekend, then I can ease up on running for awhile to let it heal a bit, or have the surgery.  Not sure which route I'm going to take.

I walked home from the gym for another 15-20 minutes.  Time to hit the sack in a bit!

Too funny about how sore you are from the workout with Noel, love it though!

Your Group Kick session sounds like a BLAST! I'm so glad you could have such a great time (despite being sore)! Good luck with the run tomorrow (?, I'm assuming it is then)!!
