Kudos for getting through ! I hate that feeling as your mind plays games

with you and you don't know if you over trained, are getting sick or are having

fatigued muscle compensation issues.

I can't believe this week is almost over!

Today was 's 30MTF Step Boxing. I did the combined premix. It was really fun. I can't imagine anyone not liking this one.

I should've worn my 1 lb gloves, but thought by doing both routines that it would be better not using them. I worked up a nice sweat, but didn't get overly breathless. I'd say I was a low moderate level, so I could've easily worn them. I'll have to remember that next time.

I burned 448 calories (didn't feel like it) avg 148, max 165, steps were awesome 6,789!!!
