Guest guest Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 I can't believe this week is almost over! Today was 's 30MTF Step Boxing. I did the combined premix. It was really fun. I can't imagine anyone not liking this one. I should've worn my 1 lb gloves, but thought by doing both routines that it would be better not using them. I worked up a nice sweat, but didn't get overly breathless. I'd say I was a low moderate level, so I could've easily worn them. I'll have to remember that next time.
