Leg Day at the Sweat Shop

I hadn't done Leg Day in awhile, and boy could I tell!   It killed me, and my weights were way down.   It was a humble reminder to do leg day more often - sometimes I feel, " I run and do kickboxing, so I don't need to do legs " = WRONG!  Thank goodness pushed for it :)  She's such an awesome person to work out with! 

 3 sets of 10, regular count:leg

press machine:  80, 90, 90

leg

extension machine: 40, 40, 40

prone hamstring

curl machine 40, 40, 40

squats: 20's, 25's, 25's

plie squats:  35 lb kettlebell, all 3 sets

lunges:  bodyweight, all 3 sets

deadlifts:  25's, 25's, 25's

single leg dead lifts: 15 lb kettlbell, all 3 sets

stretch

On the way back to my building I braved an Occupy Portland protest/march.  Attached is a quick video I took.

Whew!
