It was a humble reminder to do leg day more often - sometimes I feel, " I run and do kickboxing, so I don't need to do legs " = WRONG! Thank goodness pushed for it She's such an awesome person to work out with! 3 sets of 10, regular count:leg press machine: 80, 90, 90 leg extension machine: 40, 40, 40 prone hamstring curl machine 40, 40, 40 squats: 20's, 25's, 25's plie squats: 35 lb kettlebell, all 3 sets lunges: bodyweight, all 3 sets deadlifts: 25's, 25's, 25's single leg dead lifts: 15 lb kettlbell, all 3 sets stretch On the way back to my building I braved an Occupy Portland protest/march.
