Good morning!

This morning I did the last workout from Traci Long. This was Staying Power. I really liked this one too. I used my 3 lb med ball, 5, 8 and 15 DB.

I have to say I've enjoyed these 3 workouts from Traci. I probably won't pull them out again for a while, but glad I have them.

I burned 353 calories, avg 134, max 168, steps 2,686
