I still rode my bike and walked, but l let CLX go for that week. I restarted with the Push phase on Saturday and also did one today. I went a little heavier, but got kinda sore because I had backed off for a week. But that soreness is such a good feeling. I'm still getting lots out of CLX, so I'm going to keep on going.
