Guest guest Posted February 25, 2012 Report Share Posted February 25, 2012 Jen's exercise for Saturday 02/25/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 5Today I did Project YOU's Lower body/Abs - 30 minutesI wore my Fitbit and it said I burned 124 calories.I used 2 lbs ankle weights throughout the dvd.I used 10 lbs for the deadlifts and Piles'5lbs for the squats and lunges.From now on I'm not going to use a chair for the bridge work because I don't have room for a suitable chair and I can feel it more in my glutes when I just do them on the floor without a chair.Pretty good huh?
