I couldn't tell if it would rain or not so I went to the Sweat Shop with and did mindless cardio on the eliptical, 300 calories worth. At Cascade it's not so bad but the Sweat Shop is just functional, no frills, and it's very boring, even with good music. I got it done though!

After that I did a much needed pigeon pose for 2 minutes each hip. Tomorrow I plan on lots of stretching to prep for the race, and again after the race. TGIF!
