Guest guest
Oh , I feel badly that you fight this battle with Sleep every night!Have you considered doing meditation an hour before bedtime? What about taking a hot bubble bath before bed to unwind with some warm milk? Saying a repetitive mantra or even the rosary? I know when I can't sleep for me it's because my mind is spinning. Do your beagles get to sleep with you? I know I sleep MUCH better when the fuzzers are all snuggly right next to me. Hugs... Good morning everyone! I tried the sleeping pill that the insurance company finally approved last night and it was a NIGHTMARE. I didn't make me sleep. In fact, I had a extraordinary headache and my whole body was just full of anxiety. I was pretty much up all night. I told myself that I would skip my workout if I felt really bad this morning. I felt bad, but the guilt got the best of me so I did work out. I did KCM Split Session upper body. I was able to use the same weights as I did last night. This was all I did. I wanted to add on yoga, but just didn't have it in me. Have a great weekend!!~~

Yes, I couldn't sleep without my babies. ~*´¨¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ .•´ ¸ .*
Guest guest
Good morning! I knew last night that I was doing upper body this morning. I didn't know what workout it was going to be, but it was definitely going to be upper body. So I did CTX Upper Body Split. Its always a good one. This workout is over an hour without any warm up or cool down. I had to skip a few things here and there, including a warm up, but I did get a cool down in. Power Circuit- BACK Overhand lat rows- 3 sets (I used the first set to just warm up. Move around and get my arms warm) I used 35 BB here Underhand lat rows- (triple rows) 3 sets 35 BB One arm rows (pyramid down) 20/15/12 (too light) Deadlifts- skipped Step & Intervals- CHEST Bench press 3 sets 35BB Chest flys/bench press combo 12 Pushups- skipped All Step- SHOULDERS Arnold press 3 sets 8/10/10 DB Bent arm side lateral raise 2 sets 8 Long lever side lateral (immediately follows) rear delt fly and front raise 5 Bent over shrugs 2 sets 15 DB Arnold press 1 set 8 10-10-10- TRICEPS Close grip bench press 1 set 30 BB Lying tricep extension 2 sets 8 DB Single arm french press/single arm kickback 2 sets 8 (french press) 5 (kickback) Kickbox- BICEPS Crazy 8's 2 sets 25 BB Bicep curls 2 sets 12 DB Rotation curls 2 sets 12 DB Concentration curls 1 set 8 So I basically skipped the pushups for both chest and triceps. I added on CTX Kick Box stretch and that put me at 55 minutes. I'll quit winging it after today and start a plan for March for Monday's workout. Have a great weekend!!~~
Guest guest
I love, love, love this workout (except the abs, same as you)! Great job, ! Friday Workout Good morning! I was looking forward to my workout this morning since its my favorite upper body on the shelf. I did Pyramid Upper Body. I was so happy that my elbow didn't hurt at all until I got to the triceps. I felt it a little bit on the kickbacks, but not on the extensions. It was the biceps where it really started talking to me. Weird how just that one exercise made it hurt. I didn't have time for abs so had to skip. Don't like that one anyway.
