For S90D you'll need a stability ball and a variety of dumbells.  A mat for abs is nice too.

 

My son (15 years old) wants the P90X series. I have already bought the Insanity series that he used for a week. I didn't want to spend another $100+ for a workout he isn't going to use. I went to Walmart and saw the Supreme 90 Day workout. It looked similiar to the P90x. What equipment do you need to do the supreme 90 day?

Do you need a chin up bar? Anybody know if you need one for P90x.

I don't think you need  a chin up bar.

Thanks for the quick responses. How does the Supreme 90 day compare to P90X.

For $20 I think I will get it for him.

i cant really say as ive never done p90x. but ive done supreme

90 and thought that it was well done. the thing with p90x is

that it is a whole nutrition program along with the workout

program. i doubt that he will need (or use) that big binder of

information. i also think that both sets of workouts have the

same principle of muscle confusion. so if he just wants a set

of good workouts to follow and get a tough but do-able workout,

then i would definately choose supreme 90 for him instead... and

the price is amazing... beachbody charges too much money!

proper diet and hard work will get results with any program.
