Good morning!

This morning was Pyramid Lower Body. I've always liked this one, but lately, I've just hated working legs for some reason.

I always use DB's for the leg presses and lunges. Works a lot better for me. And gee, the floor work felt harder then the standing. I was moaning and groaning on those froggy pull ins. OUCH!!

Leg Press-12/15/20 DB

Lunges-static-12/15/20 DB

Squats-supersets with regular then plie squats- 30/35/40 BB Deadlifts- Skipped Calf raises floorwork

I wore my HRM since I had down that I wore it last time. I burned 292 calories, 131 avg, 165 max, 1,269 steps.
