Chest and Triceps with Noel

It was really nice to be back at Fitness, aka " The Jungle " !  I wore my new fun retro looking classic Star Trek shirt knowing Noel would get a kick out of it, and he he loved it.  It was also great to see and and sweaty men rolling around the mat in the MMA room doing Jiu-Jitsu..

Valentina was there, no longer a baby but 2 years old!  She loves her daddy and it's touching to see Noel with her.  He swoops her into his arms, tosses her about, tickles her and stuff just like my dad did to me   We did the machines we always do, and as usual, I hope we worked it hard enough to where I will be sore tomorrow. Y'all know me, I feel if I'm not sore the next day then I've wasted my time!

At the last tricep machine I just sat down at the setting of the previous user and it was set as such that I was squished in there with my boobs flopped out on the chest pad.  I said after the first set, " this can't possibly be the right setup " he laughed and said no he just liked seeing my boobs all squished in front like a smorgasbord LOL.  We adjusted it.  He asked me when he would see me next and I said next Tuesday.  " What?  Not Thursdays too? "   I said, " Nah, just Tuesdays this time, this way I can see you longer " .  He said, " Longer is good, I've missed you " .  I said I had missed him too.

He invitingly lifted up his shirt and showed me his abs so of course I copped a feel.  Yummy.......   truly, like a washboard.  Bump, bump, bump.  I told him I was jealous!  I want washboard abs too!    he showed me a pic of his new girlfriend on his phone (he's divorced now) and of a bb he's training and he was mouthwatering hot and shredded.  Over the years I find myself actually getting caught up in this sport!  

gave me a hard time for not doing my cardio afterward but I told him the machines don't do it for me and that I'm running outside on my own.  I told him about the Shamrock Run and to my surprise he said he might sign up though I'm pretty sure all the races have sold out.

When we were through, Noel and trained Back together.  It's always interesting to watch THEM lift and see all the plates they use!  WHOA!  True Muscle Men!  I've never seen anything like it at any other " normal " gym.   All I gotta say is,  it's HOT.
