Guest guest Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 I love that one. I'm just starting to do yoga again, and I haven't done this one yet. I remember loving the extra long stretches. This evening I felt like a little Eion Finn so I did his Pursuit To Happy Hips (easy street). This pretty much describes this routine. He does some standing and a few sun salutations then it's all on the floor with long holding stretches. Felt nice, but surprisingly the floor stretches seemed to drag a bit and I was ready to be done. Off to watch The Bachelor. `* ¸*´ ¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨) (¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. This week I'm making it my Rodney Yee week. I'm going to do his 3 routines from his Power yoga DVD. Tonight I did "stamina". Love that these are only like 20 minutes!!
