fri 17th and sat 18 reporting

im trying to report in each day even if i havent done a video

workout....

friday - went to physio... it was short, he didnt do much. some

days he goes crazy and gets very intense and other days he just

does the basics. dont know why, i wish he would get intense

every appt since i go only every 2 weeks. it still feels good

and he always manages to get to a few sore spots, but maybe he

gets behind on some days, or is hungry for his lunch or whatever

(i usually go right before lunch on fridays). he also has to

shake and stretch his hands and forearms out after he does my

therapy, so maybe his hands are already sore on certain days when

i go ::shrug:: things are improving for me though in this

regard... still have pain and stiffness but it is much reduced.

i asked my main dr if there was more i could be doing and she

brushed me off and said there was nothing! ugh!

so, i just keep on keeping on.

the physio office is right beside a nice wooded area that the

city set up with trails for walkers, and it wasnt too cold out,

so i went for a short hike and then walk through the adjoining

cemetary. just 25 mins but it was so peaceful and quiet and was

a bit hilly so i got 4 floors on my fitbit just doing that.

then i went shopping for an hour and got some more steps walking

through the mall and a few big dept stores, searching for the

stuff i was supposed to buy. then i did some housework and such

and ended the day with over 11K steps...yay!

yesterday, i did deli max for 5 hrs, 20 mins and got 9700 steps

there. came home and took my dh and sons out for a birthday

dinner for the youngest ds. i was smart and looked up the

restaurants menu on their website and picked out what i was going

to have ahead of time. added up all of the calorie counts on

fitbit.com and came out under goal, so off we went to the

restaurant and i ate exactly what i had planned. it was very

good, even included a piece of cake! and i felt great about

sticking to the plan and not going over my calorie allowance.

:) a bunch of walking around at home, and i ended the day with

13K steps!

today i have housework and deli max. usually the store is dead

for the shift i have today, but tomorrow is a stat holiday here,

and the store will be closed, so there will probably be alot of

people in there today. oh well, i need the step count so it is ok!

so sorry, no video workouts to report but jen and i are starting

a rotation together so there will be some reviews coming up soon!
