Guest guest
I'm thinking I will add a category to my workout spreadsheet so that I can at least filter on "foot-friendly" so that I see only those when I'm using it to choose workouts, that will help my attitude. The first one that comes to my mind is Pyramid Upper Body. She does more seated and lying then standing and you could easily do them all seated. In fact, I've done the biceps seated many of times just because it feels better to me. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. Guest guest
Or, just do 3 sets of 10 heavy reps, 4-5 exercises per body part like I do! Takes around 30 minutes. You could have a shoulder day, bicep + tricep day, back day, etc. I'm thinking I will add a category to my workout spreadsheet so that I can at least filter on " foot-friendly " so that I see only those when I'm using it to choose workouts, that will help my attitude. Guest guest
Interesting! I forgot she does a lot of stuff sitting on the step (bench). Doing that one would do wonders for both my attitude and my upper body, I love that workout! Thanks for the idea, ! Re: Foot friendly upper body workouts? Guest guest
Yes, but that would require figuring out which exercises to do, which actually sounds like it could be kind of fun. I'm just so dependent on watching the instructors sometimes that I don't like to do it on my own as much. I could though... thanks for the idea and encouragment, ! Guest guest
Hi , I've been all over the internet and I'm not able to figure out what the difference is between supine tricep extenions and supine tricep presses. Can you please help me with this (or anyone else for that matter)? I'm hoping to get this workout in tomorrow. Thank you very much!! Re: Foot friendly upper body workouts? Guest guest
:Tricep presses - lie on your back, but elbows are on the ground, arms up. Press up with barbell or dumbells.Tricep extensions: just like the ones you do standing, only lying down. arms start straight up above your head, don't let the elbows flay out, keep 'em stead, lower arms behind your head. Make sense?   Hi ,  I've been all over the internet and I'm not able to figure out what the difference is between supine tricep extenions and supine tricep presses.
