I didn't think I'd have time for a workout today but managed to get things done quicker than I'd expected so I snuck Pyramid Upper Body (down premix). I needed something I didn't have to think about and this worked great. I haven't tried doing a Cathe for a long time and had no idea what to expect but I went with the same weights I used the last time I did this one (in November) and it went great! My arms are noodly! My only criticism of this otherwise awesome workout is that you can hardly hear the music and it sounds like it is probably good stuff!

I should have more time tomorrow and Thursday so I'm planning to do 's triceps workout Thursday. Tomorrow will be lower body & core. Friday, I'm crazy busy from 8-4, then have to make dinner and do family night with DH & the kids so unless I workout at 5:45 AM, which I haven't been up for mentally lately and really don't know that I want to psych myself up for it either, a workout is not on the agenda. My goal is 3 workouts this week though and with today's sneak workout I think I'll at least make that. It is good for a crazy week and trying to be careful with the feet (which are much improved, thankfully, but still a bit cranky, I go back to the doc Thursday).

Off to work now, feeling great that I got a really strong workout in!

I know, I feel the same way! I haven't been able to do the entire workout for a long while (between time constraints & injury) but I really want to. I love both the premixes too though!
